HYA, HYAT Local Telecommunication Cable with Copper Solid Polyolefin Insulation (filled) and Laminated Aluminum-Polyethyene Sheath
Constructure:
Conductor:
Copper sizes: 0.32mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm
Insulation:
High density polyethylene
Insulation conductor:
Extruded insulation material continually to the conductors with specified standard code for identification and electric performance assured.
Twisted pairs:
Individual conductors twisted into pairs with varying lay length and with specified color combinations.
Cable Structure:
Cables having less than 25 pairs are stranded by concentric layers. Cables having more than 25 pairs are assembled in units, each individually identified by color coded binders for the convenience of installation and maintenance.
Core Wrapping:
Cable core is covered or wrapped with non hygroscopic and non-wicking polyesterfilm.
Shield:
Co-polymer coated corrugated (or non-corrugated ) Al tape is applied longitudinally over the cable core wrapping with two edges overlapped.
Jacket:
Black low or MID density polyethylene
Identification and Marking:
Cable type, specification, name of manufacturer, and year of manufacturer are permanently surface marked on jacket. Marking intervals are no more than 1m
Implementation Standards:
YD/T322-1996
Application:
Used for transmitting audio frequency, analog signals with 150kHz or below, and digital signals with 2048kbit/s or below.
Application Characteristics:
Operating temperature: -40 --- 70
When installing and operating, minimum bending radius is not less than 15 times of cable OD.
